Founder & Practitioner

I created Anchor Point from personal experience with chronic stress, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm.

A panic attack during a flight led me into almost four months of chronic anxiety, daily panic attacks, and agoraphobia. I felt constantly switched on, disconnected from myself, and stuck in a cycle that felt impossible to break.

During that period, bio energy became an important part of helping my nervous system properly slow down and recover. Alongside lifestyle changes and deeper work on my mental wellbeing, it helped me begin feeling calm, grounded, and like myself again.

Anchor Point was created to offer other people a space to slow down, regulate, and support their wellbeing in a world that rarely stops moving.
